Product introduction:

The product uses precision planetary roller screw drive technology, built-in brushless servo motor，applicable to a low,
medium and high-level performance motion control system. The product will be built integrated brushless servo motor and ball
screw drive structure, servo motor rotor rotary motion into linear motion directly by putting a ball screw mechanism. The product

1. Excellent performance, long life and low maintenance cos

All of the motion transmission components of the product are mounted in a completely sealed housing with bushings and seals at the output of the push rod to prevent dust particles and other contaminants from affecting key motion mechanisms inside the electric cylinder, ensuring harsh conditions. The lower electric cylinder can also work normally. At the same time, the inside of the cylinder is lubricated with standard lubricating oil, which can make the electric cylinder work continuously for a long time and the failure rate is low.

2, the load is large, the rigidity is good

The product delivers extremely high speed and extreme thrust with a life expectancy of 15 times that of a ball screw. It has higher mechanical rigidity than ball screw of the same volume.

3, low heat, speed controllable

Compared with the traditional stator winding technology, this product can transmit higher continuous motor torque. The segmented stator lamination design makes the motor have the lowest heat generation, so the product is more stable and reliable than the traditional motor.

The product has a built-in brushless servo motor for precise position and speed control and a variety of position feedback methods including resolver, encoder and built-in linear position feedback element (LVDT).

4, compact structure, beautiful appearance, wide application range

The product adopts precision roller planetary screw drive, which is more compact than the general motor. The electric cylinder housing adopts advanced black sand blasting technology and has a beautiful appearance. It can be easily applied to high-performance single-axis or multi-axis motion control systems, from food and beverage packaging to multi-axis machining centers and even aircraft assembly.

The product consists of front and rear flange end caps, cylinder block, internal structure and four tie rods. It is flexible and convenient to install and disassemble, and is easier to disassemble and repair than ordinary motors.
